By creating an account or using Aumaï, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Aumaï is an AI-powered personal coaching application for nutrition, fitness, and wellness tracking. The service includes:

• Food logging and nutritional analysis
• Workout tracking and exercise logging
• Weight and body measurement tracking
• Sleep tracking
• AI coaching conversations
• Progress reports and insights

To use Aumaï, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Aumaï's AI coaching is for informational and motivational purposes only.

The AI coach provides general guidance based on your data and goals. It is not a substitute for:

• Professional medical advice
• Licensed dietitian or nutritionist guidance
• Certified personal trainer supervision
• Mental health professional support

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant.

Nutritional values and calorie estimates are approximate and may not be 100% accurate.

You retain ownership of all content you create in Aumaï (food logs, workout logs, photos, messages). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for providing the service to you.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers or trials
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the service

Aumaï, its logo, design, and technology are owned by Aumaï. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Recipes generated by the AI or shared by the community may be used for personal purposes only.

Aumaï is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from following AI advice
• We are not liable for data loss beyond our reasonable control
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France. For EU consumers, mandatory local consumer protection laws may also apply.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
